About RUIZ NURSERY
RUIZ NURSERY is a wholesale nursery in Long Beach, California. It is listed at 7045 Long Beach Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90805, which places it among the local businesses of Long Beach that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
In Long Beach, garden centers are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have more time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in California, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. Many nurseries close or shorten hours in winter, so check the listing for current hours and Google rating before you go.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 7 am–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (562) 572-9200. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
Its Google rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 5 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Long Beach is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Long Beach is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The kid and the dad were nice at first when we came and bought some huge olive trees from them. But when we got back home and planted them we realized they cut the root too much so it died and when we tried calling them back they asked for a receipt which of course they didn’t even offer. Make sure you cover all your bases with them if you even decide to come here but I wouldn’t recommend it.
